words of wisdom from or Appalachian compadres

A healthy thriving plant isn't as apt to be attacked as an unhealthy one.

Same with the human body:
if we put the good stuff in our bodies and leave out
the bad stuff, we won't as likely eat pills nor spend much time flat on our
backs.

Companion planting also helps ward off attack just like who our friends are
oftens will steer us out of harms way not into the path of it.
