The weekends go by way too fast. Just as I am beginning to relax and forget the week Monday shows its ugly head.
But alas I am going to Babylon for only 2 days this week and then off. Leftover burritos are in the linch as well as a salad picked from the 'stead while having coffee this morning..
Collards, spinach, lettuce, chives, basil, and oregano.. with a little vinaigrette.
