Sunday banter

I guess that I spent way too much time this morning discussing politics and gardening with both old and new friends on the Facebook that before I knew it the time time got close to noon. Before I knew it my morning chores turned into early afternoon chores. But I enjoyed the time spent.
Discussing gardening techniques is always a pleasure. And politics. Oh well. AS I have been saying for a long time. You dont have to banter. The assclowns provide their own demise and our entertainment. As long as you stay calm and persist in your endeavors to prep and gather your chances of survival increase.
I went over to Wallie for some staples and noticed the prices rose during the week. Roma tomatoes were 88 cents a pound last week and almost $2.50 a pound today. Iceberg lettuce was $1 a head last week and almost $2 a head today. Glad to know its almost time to start up the garden again to provide these things to my family at a much lower cost.. And the ones God and I grow taste better.

Yeah, the price of food is really going up dramatically. And it's only going to get worse.

Producing our own food is the best thing we can do for our safety and security.
