thank you rain god

Got home just in time yesterday to be dry when the skies opened up and we finally got the rain i needed. The ground now has a good saturation. And more is expected this weekend. Made tacos last night with collards and lettuce fresh from the garden.. yumyumyum.

Wish we'd gotten some of that rain. We got microburst (small tornadoes) that blew away some of our stuff, and not even a drop of rain. Looking for some of that expected wet stuff this weekend. Can't believe it's gonna be in the 50's ... can you? Vikki at http://vikkisverandah.blogspot.com
